Massive support for a desperate alert sent out last week by camper van rental company Soul Campers Vanlife Portugal has ‘saved the business’ from closing its doors.

The four vans stolen from the little company’s warehouse in São Brás de Alportel have been recovered - days after the heist that threatened to bring an end of Soul Camper’s dreams (click here).

For now, owners Tânia and Pedro can say very little about who instigated the nighttime raid, but the main thing is that “the adventure continues”.

“We don’t have enough words to thank the mobilisation of so many friends and strangers who tirelessly shared our alert. It was thanks to you that we were able to local the campervans and continue with our project”, said both in a statement over social media entitled “Together, we did it!”.

The couple send a “huge hug of gratitude” to everyone involved in promoting their search. Soul Campers Vanlife Portugal is most definitely back in business.
