New additions to the Carvoeiro Clube Group's property management portfolio have seen the Vila Gaivota Resort in Ferragudo given a new lease of life, and a partnership deal signed with Vale a Pena Apartments, in Mato Serrão, Carvoeiro.

The once abandoned pool area and reception of Vila Gaivota Resort has been repaired and renovated by the group and "a substantial effect on the rental potential and value of the property within the resort" has already been registered, says the company, adding: "With over 30 years experience in property management, we have seen the potential in Vila Gaivota and assured the owners that mistakes made by previous companies would not be repeated."

Patricia Bürer, CEO, said: “Owners within the resort request that we manage their property. They see our name as one they can trust.”

Meanwhile, a new partnership with Vale a Pena Apartments has recently been signed allowing Carvoeiro Clube Group to market and manage the rentals for the recently-opened resort.

Speaking of the deal, Patricia Bürer said: “Vale a Pena is on the doorstep of two of our resorts, allowing us to utilise our resources more effectively. Our partnerships with travel agents and tour operators will put Vale a Pena on the tourism map.”

The group, the largest property management company in Carvoeiro, currently manages eight holiday resorts, a sports club and a real estate agency.
