The Tivoli hotel group is embarking on a nationwide roadshow to find “new talent” to fill 300 job vacancies at its hotels in the Algarve.

The Tivoli Talent Tour will take place between February 26 and March 3 and include stops in Évora, Castelo Branco, Coimbra, Leiria, Setúbal and Vilamoura.

It is aimed at both young graduates seeking summer or full-time employment and youngsters “looking for a new professional challenge”.

There are vacancies for barmen, waiters, housekeepers and front office staff.

Interviews will be carried out on the spot, with the possibility of candidates being hired right away. The roadshow will also provide workshops led by professionals working at the group’s many hotels around the country.

The tour will come to an end on Saturday, March 3 with an Open Day event at the Purobeach Poolside at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, one of the group’s four hotels in the Algarve, soon to inaugurate a congress centre.

Other units are Tivoli Lagos, which is currently undergoing a revamp and is set to reopen in April, Tivoli Marina Portimão, the group’s first hotel to open in the Algarve, and Tivoli Carvoeiro, which is set to celebrate one year since it received a huge facelift that bumped it up to five-star status.
