MALP, one of the first groups to mobilise against the threat of oil and gas drilling in the Algarve, is holding a new protest outside Loulé town hall on Friday (February 16) at 4pm. The objective is to re-emphasise widespread outrage over the government’s decision to extend contracts for a second time to concessions held by GALP/ ENI for the west Algarve/ Alentejo coastline.
