The vet in charge of assessing the Rottweiler that disfigured a four-year-old child in Matosinhos last month is reported to be recommending that the dog be “delivered to a police canine unit”, reports Diário de Notícias. The animal end up working for either the PSP, or GNR, says the paper. The child meantime has required extensive plastic surgery (click here). Her mother too was hurt in the attack.
