Vilamoura World, the “master developer” in charge of developing the world-famous resort, has announced that it has started marketing its “Central” real estate project, a residential condominium “characterised by superior levels of sophistication and exclusivity.”

In a statement sent to press rooms, the developer says “Central” will feature 80 houses with prices starting at €629,900.

The condominium was designed by the international architecture agency Petraccone & Vodar and will be built with “high-quality materials and finishes”.

Houses, available with two (plus one), three and four bedrooms, will boast private interior patios which will “allow residents to enjoy a seamless connection to nature and the surrounding gardens with swimming pool”.

And with properties facing east and west, the developer promises that “homes will be bright”.

The gated community will be located in the heart of Vilamoura, within a five-minute walk from the marina, beach, golf, tennis and an “extensive range of services”.

Vilamoura World has not announced when the construction of the condominium will begin although it says it should be completed by the start of 2020.

According to the developer, Vilamoura is all about “location, lifestyle and enjoyment, offering something for everyone.

“Against the backdrop of the spectacular Algarve coastline, Vilamoura delivers a wide range of lifestyle choices and leisure opportunities – including an award-winning marina, seemingly endless beaches, renowned championship golf courses, world-class equestrian facilities, and an infrastructure which includes high-quality education and health facilities.”

Vilamoura World is also due to start marketing its second real estate project “Uptown”, described as a “residential community” that will be inspired by traditional Portuguese architecture and the colours and designs of the Algarve. It will feature 136 apartments (two, three and four bedrooms).
